Thomas Berghoff
Thomas Berghoff, born in 1973, started to do sports in his early childhood. He got in touch with many various Training concepts for example soccer, basketball, full contact karate and he won several honor degrees in athletics. As he was absolutely fascinated by control of the body with mental vitality he put his first steps abroad. His experiences grow with every stay in Los Angeles, Munich, Bern and Zürich were important stations for his development. He reached a very high level when he worked as a Swiss Personal Trainer and spa manager, where he took care of international guests. In particular he looked after the physical care in balance with the mental care. Until now Thomas coaches his clients at international places. He is specialized on comprehensive Training Concepts and he leads his whole attention to correct the muscular/neuronal dysbalances. He takes care of precision of the movements with the aim of optimizing the lifestyle. Qualifikation:
