Body ART
Never before had a training had affected my flexibility so much.
Many people invest time to go to a fitness club in order to increase their physical fitness or to adjust or discharge the energy they previously applied in their working environment.
In order to achieve a beautiful body and good posture one needs to work not only the body, but also the soul. In the training principle of BodyART the attention is centred around the human being as a functional unit. The internal state of a person is reflected in the external posture, and thus the energy, which is passed on to daily life. BodyART connects elements from YOGA, physiotherapy, Japanese DO IN, own positions and classical breathing techniques through a synergy of workout and relaxation.
The goal of the BodyART training is to gradually ensure the correct functioning of the entire body by functional strengthening and stabilisation of all the elements involved with movement.
Through purposeful selection and careful co-ordination of exercises and positions the body breaks incorrect movement structures and positively influences the posture. Each exercise is deliberately/consciously carried out slowly enough in combination with breathing and concentration to give the body sufficient time and space to counteract negative muscle tension or quick, unconscious movements.
If BodyART workouts are practised regularly, new movement structures are intensified. The human body breaks old movement structures (incorrect posture); a bridge to more body consciousness and an increased level of energy in everyday life is achieved. An increased level of consciousness is established and thus opens new space for physical and mental borders.
